On behalf of the members of the Xi Gamma Sigma Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., it is my honor and pleasure to welcome you to our website. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our chapter, our sisterhood, and the work we are doing throughout the Summerville, Ridgeville, and surrounding Charleston communities.

As Basileus, I am incredibly proud to serve alongside a remarkable group of hard-working, dedicated, and service-oriented women who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the communities we call home.

Established just two years ago, Xi Gamma Sigma is a fresh and growing chapter with a bold vision for service, leadership, and sisterhood. We are committed to being the change our communities need and to carrying forward the legacy established by our seven visionary founders.

Our commitment to service can be seen through both our local and national initiatives. We are proud to lead efforts in the state of South Carolina surrounding water safety and swim education through our annual Swim1922 initiative. We also proudly support national programs and initiatives including Operation BigBookBag, the Sigma Youth Symposium, the March of Dimes, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Our commitment extends to the youth and families we serve. Through our Rhoer Club and our soon-to-be-established Philo Club, we continue to create opportunities for mentorship, leadership development, service, and personal growth. We are also committed to promoting women’s health and wellness and advocating for issues that strengthen and empower our communities.
