Ashland Temoney is a dedicated educator, leader, and community servant with a passion for empowering others and making a lasting impact. A proud wife to Archie S. Temoney Jr. and mother to Archie S. Temoney III and Adaline V. Temoney, she balances her commitment to family with a strong drive for excellence in all areas of her life.

Ashland holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Winthrop University and two Master of Education degrees from the University of Phoenix in Early Childhood Education and Administration & Supervision. She currently serves as an Elementary School Principal and has received recognition for academic growth, climate growth, and Rookie Principal of the Year for the school district.

A devoted member of Sigma, Ashland has held numerous leadership roles across multiple chapters, including Basileus, Anti-Basileus, Grammateus, and Anti-Grammateus. She has also served as a Rhoer and Rhosebud Advisor and is proud to be a chartering member of the Xi Gamma Sigma Chapter.

Known for her honesty, strong work ethic, and vibrant personality, Ashland enjoys singing, shopping, crafting, and traveling. Above all, she strives to uplift others, lead with integrity, and leave every space better than she found it.

Ashley Grimball is a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and has faithfully upheld the organization’s principles for 20 years. She currently serves as Rhoer Advisor and Anti-Basileus for the Xi Gamma Sigma Alumnae Chapter, where she continues to lead with excellence, cultivate youth development, and advance the mission of the sorority through dedicated service and sisterhood.

With more than 17 years of professional experience, Ashley has served families across multiple areas of care and advocacy. Her work has included assisting families with access to Medicaid and state-funded health insurance, mentoring youth, supporting adoption and permanency efforts, addressing the therapeutic needs of foster children, and championing the well-being of kinship families. Her career reflects a deep and ongoing commitment to empowerment, advocacy, and service.

Initiated in Spring 2006 through the Mu Gamma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated, Felicia leads with vision, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Her leadership is grounded in a deep respect for the sorority's legacy and a bold focus on driving meaningful, measurable impact within our communities.

Throughout her Sigma journey, Felicia has had the honor of serving as Second Vice President and Financial Secretary—roles that strengthened her dedication to operational excellence, financial stewardship, and strategic growth. These experiences have prepared her to serve with intention, accountability, and a collaborative spirit that empowers every member to thrive.

Professionally, she is a Member Consultant Lead at BECU in South Carolina, with over 15 years of experience in the banking industry. She brings a results-oriented mindset, a passion for financial empowerment, and a commitment to developing others—qualities that directly align with Sigma's mission of service and leadership.

As a charter member of Xi Gamma Sigma, she remains focused on elevating the chapter through innovative programming, impactful community partnerships, and a strong emphasis on sisterhood and sustainability.

Quintina Latta-Chavis is a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., a dedicated community servant, a mother of three, a wife of 22 years, an entrepreneur, and a medically retired United States Army veteran. She became a member in Fall 2021 and currently serves in the Xi Gamma Sigma Chapter as Anti-Grammateus, Hospitality Chair, and Community Service Chair, where she supports chapter operations and leads impactful service initiatives. This year, she was honored to be named Soror of the Year and awarded Chapter MVP for the second time, reflecting her commitment to Greater Service, Greater Progress.

She began her sorority journey in the Kappa Rho Sigma Chapter, serving as Hospitality Chair, Poodles & Boots Co-Chair, Interim Epistoleus, and Membership Committee Member. She continues to represent her chapter as a Regional Delegate and proudly served as a Boule Delegate in 2024. Supporting Sorors remains a priority for her, including authoring recommendation letters and contributing to national program initiatives.

Outside of her sorority work, Quintina is the Owner and Founder of Latta Chavis Academy and Jolaura Divine Creations, two ventures that allow her to empower others through education, creativity, and service. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Liberty University and an Associate of Arts from the Community College of Baltimore County. Her strengths include membership operations, administrative accuracy, event planning, written communication, and leadership development. Everything she does is rooted in service, sisterhood, and a commitment to her local chapter, organization, and uplifting her community.

Yolanda Campbell-Simmons is a seasoned finance professional and dedicated leader within Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., with a strong track record of service, leadership, and financial expertise. Since her induction in the fall of 2013, she has remained actively engaged in advancing the mission and impact of the organization.

Yolanda is a Charter Member of Xi Gamma Sigma Alumnae Chapter in Summerville, SC, where she serves as Tamiochus and leads as Budget and Finance Chair. In these roles, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to fiscal responsibility, strategic planning, and collaborative leadership.

Her committee involvement spans Budget and Finance, Fundraising, By-Laws, and Membership where she has consistently supported organizational growth and operational excellence.

Yolanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Limestone College and a Master of Arts in Finance from Strayer University. She brings expertise in budget analysis, financial reporting, payroll and invoice processing, along with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Through her continued service and leadership, Yolanda remains committed to making a meaningful impact in her sorority and the broader community.

Jennifer Grant-Buggs is a proud 24-year member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. She began her Sigma journey in Spring 2002 at Morris College, where she was initiated through the Iota Eta Undergraduate Chapter. Her longstanding commitment to the sorority and its principles of sisterhood, scholarship, and service is reflected in her distinction as both a Life Member and Ruby Member.

A proud Charter Member and the first Epistoleus of the Xi Gamma Sigma Alumnae Chapter, Jennifer reprised the role and is serving again as the chapter's Epistoleus. Prior to assuming this role, she served as Public Relations Chair from July 2024 through July 2026, helping to strengthen the chapter's public presence, promote its programs and initiatives, and showcase the service, sisterhood, and accomplishments of its members. Her creativity, communication skills, and passion for engagement continue to guide her service as Epistoleus.

Professionally, Jennifer serves as a Mental Health Therapist with the State of South Carolina, providing school-based mental health services at Hanahan Elementary School and Goose Creek Elementary School. In her role, she supports the emotional, social, and behavioral well-being of children while working collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to help students thrive both inside and outside the classroom. Jennifer holds several professional certificates that complement her education and extensive experience in the mental health field. In recognition of her dedication, service, and impact on the students and families she serves, she was honored as the 2025–2026 Berkeley County School-Based Therapist of the Year.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and a Master of Science in Cognitive Psychology with an emphasis in Cognition and Instruction. Her educational background, professional training, and experience have strengthened her commitment to mental health advocacy, education, service, and empowering others to reach their fullest potential.

While Jennifer is proud of her professional accomplishments and more than two decades of service to Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., the roles she treasures most are those of wife and mother. She is a devoted wife to Jay and proud mother of two children, Morgan and DeMarcus, and her family remains at the heart of who she is. The love, strength, and values she draws from her family are reflected in the compassion, dedication, and sense of purpose she brings to her profession, sisterhood, and community.

Sharlee Walker is a dedicated leader, community advocate, and aviation professional. With a passion for sisterhood, service, and organizational excellence, she is committed to making a meaningful impact within her chapter and the communities she serves.

She is a proud HBCU graduate of Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a minor in French. Committed to continued personal and professional growth, Sharlee is currently pursuing higher education. Her passion for language and culture extends beyond the classroom. She speaks French and Spanish and is currently expanding her language skills by studying Italian and Portuguese.

Professionally, Sharlee has built a career in the aviation industry spanning more than 10 years. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong background in customer relations, customer service, operations, and hospitality. Her experience working in fast-paced environments has strengthened her adaptability, communication, problem-solving skills, and commitment to providing exceptional service. Her career in aviation, combined with her international studies background and love of travel and culture, has enhanced her ability to connect and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds.

Within Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., Sharlee has demonstrated her commitment to leadership and service through a variety of chapter roles. As a Charter Member of the Xi Gamma Sigma Chapter, she is especially proud to have been part of establishing the chapter and contributing to the foundation upon which its continued growth, sisterhood, and service are built. She has previously served as Epistoleus and Public Relations Chair and currently serves as Chapter Parliamentarian, Special Events Chair, Bylaws Committee Chair, and Nominations Chair. Beyond the chapter level, Sharlee also serves on the International Time & Place Committee, extending her service to the Sorority at the international level. Through her various roles, Sharlee works to strengthen chapter operations, promote effective governance, create meaningful experiences, and contribute to the continued growth and advancement of the Sorority.

Her commitment to service, professional development, and community involvement extends beyond Sigma Gamma Rho. Sharlee also holds membership in Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc., a professional and business-focused organization through which she continues to embrace opportunities for service, professional growth, and meaningful community engagement. She is also an Ordained Elder, reflecting her commitment to faith, leadership, and service to others.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Sharlee now calls South Carolina home. She enjoys traveling, experiencing different cultures, learning languages, creating memorable experiences, and spending time with family and friends. She believes that sisterhood is strengthened through genuine relationships, shared purpose, and a commitment to serving others.

Stephannie N. Howell was introduced to Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. on the campus of Clemson University in 1989, first as an Aurora and then as a Soror in the summer of 1990 through the Beta Epsilon Sigma Alumnae Chapter of Columbia, South Carolina. Stephannie identified with the values of sisterhood, community service, and education and has been a proud member ever since.

Stephannie has served in a variety of positions within the organization, including Basileus and Membership Intake Coordinator of Mu Psi at Clemson University; Rhoer Advisor and Southeastern Region Rhoer Advisor of the Year of Iota Omicron Sigma in West Columbia, South Carolina; and Fundraising Chair, Social Action Chair, and Chaplain of Xi Gamma Sigma in Summerville, South Carolina.

Stephannie is a retired Army combat veteran with more than 32 years in federal and civil service and is a proud Desert Storm and Gulf War veteran. She has held a variety of clinical and administrative positions within the Department of Veterans Affairs, including Administrative Officer, Health Technician, Prosthetic Representative, and most recently Purchasing Agent.

Stephannie has a heart and passion for service and giving back to the community, as evidenced by her membership in American Legion Post 241 of Charleston, South Carolina. Through the organization, she continues to educate and assist veterans in the community through the Be the One campaign committee, which helps reduce the stigma and deaths associated with mental health.

Stephannie holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Marketing from Clemson University and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Webster University. She holds several leadership designations in Toastmasters International and enjoys public speaking.

Her hobbies include reading, painting, and traveling. She is the proud mother of three—two adult children and one fur baby. Stephannie hopes to continue mentoring Rhoers and young Sorors, serving her community, and fellowshipping with Sorors within Sigma until Omega Rho.
